When reporting a problem, include your app version, device model, and a description of what happened. Please do not send private journal entries or other sensitive personal content.

Subscriptions and billing

Apple manages subscription billing. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Refund requests are handled by Apple Support; Reweave cannot issue refunds directly.
